Céline is involved in grant procedures in cosmetics and biotechnology, as well as disputes in these fields. She also gives consultations and handles oppositions at the European Patent Office, as well as questions on SPCs related to regulatory aspects.
Céline is an expert in drafting patent applications, monitoring grant procedures in France and abroad, conducting freedom to operate and validity studies, and conducting patent portfolio audits. She has experience with infringement suits before the French courts, as well as infringement seizures.
