Camille PECNARD is a French Attorney-at-Law since 2006.
Camille PECNARD offers to all the clients of the firm all his knowledge in IP law, both in transactional and litigation matters. He indeed handles on a day-to-day basis national and multi-jurisdictional matters, in particular in patents, trade secrets, trademarks, author rights, models, new technologies and unfair competition/parasitism. He is often involved in alternative dispute resolutions (mediations).
Therefore, Camille PECNARD can assist you to protect and enforce your IP rights, notably via an infringement seizure ("saisie-contrefaçon") or any other relevant action before the French courts, and to negotiate all types of agreement in connection with IP rights (assignments of IP rights or licenses, co-development agreements, research agreements, pledges, etc.).
He frequently publishes articles on various IP topics and he is notably a member of the French group of Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), the French Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM) and the French Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets (APEB).
