Drawn to the technical and legal side of the profession, Thomas PLAGNARD joined LAVOIX in 2017, after various experiences, in particular 2 years in technical engineering in a French multinational in the energy sector, working in the nuclear trades.

Professional Experience

A graduate of the ParisTech School of Mines [Ecole des Mines ParisTech], Thomas provides LAVOIX’s clients with true expertise in drafting new patent applications as well as monitoring grant proceedings in France and abroad, relative to mechanics-physics as well as electronics in various fields such as nuclear energy, avionics, autonomous vehicles and trains. Thomas PLAGNARD also conducts patentability studies as well as validity and freedom to operate studies.


He works in close collaboration with the LAVOIX partners and works on behalf of both large global groups and public research entities to protect their intangible assets.
