As member of the APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners [Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles]), Claire DAMBRINE works mainly on trademark and model procedures, in particular in the context of prior art searches, establishing protection strategies and monitoring filing and opposition procedures, consultations, and drafting and negotiating license agreements, trademark and model assignments, or service provisions.
Claire provides LAVOIX’s clients with her skills in particular formulating strategies surrounding trademarks and designs and models, as well as matters regarding copyrights.
Claire DAMBRINE works in close collaboration with the LAVOIX partners and on behalf of large international groups in the banking and cosmetic sectors as well as one of the main European commercial real estate players by providing them with advice and assistance to protect and defend their intangible assets while best meeting their demands in terms of reactivity and efficiency.
