IP/IT from University College Dublin and Master 2 in Digital Law and Business Administration from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Before joining LAVOIX in 2018, Alix CAPELY performed several internships in companies and renowned French and international law firms specialized in intellectual property, technologies and personal data. Alix also worked in a company as a lawyer specialized in personal data protection.
Her activity covers every area of intellectual property law, new technology law and personal data protection, in both a contentious and advisory capacity.
Alix in particular advises French and foreign clients on their pre-contentious strategy to protect their intellectual property rights, and assists them during patent and trademark infringement and invalidity and unfair competition disputes. She participates in patent and trademark assignment and licensing operations. She also supports professionals to bring them into compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
