Holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nantes, and member of the APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners [Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles]), today Maëva JUSTEL works mainly on Trademarks and Designs & Models. She provides LAVOIX’s clients with all of her skills regarding prior art searches, protection strategies, examination procedure monitoring, opposition procedures, negotiation and contract drafting. She regularly works on cases relative to copyrights, domain names/Internet and unfair competition.
Maëva works in close collaboration with the LAVOIX partners, primarily for group in the jewellery sector, a French international operator providing personal assistance services, and a cosmetic brand specialized in skin care.
