Damien COLOMBIE is an Engineer/Doctor by training. He joined LAVOIX in 2002, after gaining R&D experience in the field of polymers as well as fiber optics manufacturing methods, and has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2012.

As a French and European patent attorney, Damien has considerable experience in preparing and prosecute patent applications, as well as handling opposition and appeal procedures. He has also handled many disputes before the French courts, including infringement seizures. His work also includes patentability and freedom to operate studies.
Damien also oversees relations with our Chinese clients and associates and frequently travels to China.
