Marianne is involved in the management of trademark, design and domain name portfolios, as well as responses to notices, prior art searches, national and Community opposition and appeal proceedings before the French National Trademark Institute (INPI) and the European Union Office (EUIPO), as well as any consultation relating to these matters.
Marianne VERNET works in close collaboration with LAVOIX’s partners, mainly on behalf of French and international clients in various sectors of activity.
