Professional Experience

Bertrand has handled many major oral proceedings before the EPO Boards of Appeal and Opposition Division, in particular for businesses in the materials, metallurgy, nuclear and medical sectors. His experience includes involvement in European and international disputes, developing IP strategies, conducting freedom to operate studies and audits, negotiating licenses, and handling issues with employee inventions and patent ownership.

 

Bertrand DOMENEGO is also a professor at the CEIPI (Strasbourg) and trains future IP professionals.
