Professional Experience

His practice consists of litigation, legal advice, oppositions/appeals and prosecution. He has handled a large number of oral proceedings before the Boards of Appeal and Opposition Divisions of the EPO.

 

His expertise also includes involvement in European and international litigations, dealing with complex corporate issues, designing IP strategies, clearance opinions, due diligence, licensing, employee inventions and ownership issues.

 

Bertrand DOMENEGO is a lecturer in European Patent law at the CEIPI (Center for International Intellectual Property Studies - University of Strasbourg, France). He also trains candidates for the European Qualification Exam legal paper on behalf of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
