Philippe BLOT currently handles and supervises proceedings in both the mechanical and electrical departments.
Philippe BLOT has considerable experience in preparing new patent applications, prosecution practice, infringement, invalidity and enforceability opinions, as well as opposition and appeal procedures. He has extensive experience in infringement cases before the French courts, including infringement seizures.
His studies enable him to handle most IP matters, thus managing the firm's clients general policy. He is one of the European patent attorneys graduated in patent litigation in Europe, which is a new qualification introduced in 2004, dealing with patent enforcement in the EU.
Philippe BLOT also lectures frequently in the area of patent protection at the European and French levels.
