After more than twenty years working as French and European trademark and design Attorney and in order to meet the clients’ needs and to be able to offer them full and complete services ranging from advisory to litigation including strategy advices, she decides to become Attorney-at-Law.
Valérie GENIN has an extensive experience in the trademarks and designs prosecutions and litigations in France, in the European Union and worldwide, which leads her to cooperate with large French and international companies.
Her experience extends to all IP-related matters such as agreements, including those relating to cooperation, transfers of ownership and licensing as well as copyright and domain names including arbitration procedures before the WIPO.
Finally, Valérie GENIN is also speaker on a number of training sessions organized by the French Trademark Office ("designs and trademarks right"- CAPI) and is a member of APRAM, the French association of trademark and design practitioners. She is fluent in English and Dutch.
