Professional Experience
Claude JACOBSON worked for several years in the IP department of a multinational group, as a patent engineer and head of the IP department. He's practice focuses on intellectual property management issues, including counselling, strategic planning and litigation. He handles patent portfolios and due diligence reviews for both domestic and foreign clients.
He also gives frequent lectures on various topics concerning French and European practice.
