Professional Experience

Specialized in metallurgy, mechanics in general and medical implants (spinal and hip prostheses), Daniel works in particular on drafting and litigating applications on the composition of metals and their manufacturing methods. He sees to the drafting and examination of new patent applications, the direct handling of grant procedures with the INPI and the European Patent Office, and opposition procedures before the EPO, as well as assistance in case of disputes before the courts.


He also regularly participates in drafting collaboration agreements as well as opposition and third-party observation procedures regarding competing patents.
