Professional experience

Bertrand is mainly involved in the development of IP strategies, freedom to operate studies, audits, license negotiations and handling of employee invention and patent ownership issues, European and international litigation. Bertrand has handled a significant number of oral proceedings before the EPO Boards of Appeal and Opposition Divisions, in particular for companies in the physics, materials, energy and medical devices sectors.

Bertrand DOMENEGO is also a professor at the CEIPI (Strasbourg) and trains future IP professionals.
