Working in the Trademarks/Models department, you will support the team:
- You will provide support to the firm’s lawyers
- You will be involved in the preparation, processing and management of cases relating to formalities to be carried out with Trademark Offices around the world
- You manage trademark/design/domain name cases
- You take part in the administrative management of trademarks and domain names
- You contribute to the drafting of model contracts relating to trademarks and domain names, in particular trademark assignment, acquisition and licensing contracts.
Profile required
- Master 2 student specializing in Intellectual or Industrial Property Law (essential) or student lawyer.
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Organized and pragmatic – Meticulous – Ability to summarize and analyze – Team spirit – Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
