Oliver has solid expertise and experience in general mechanical engineering, and specifically in the fields of automotive components, Li-Ion batteries and precision agriculture. He also regularly works on behalf of clients in the fields of medical devices, additive manufacturing (“3D printing”) and gears.
He advises and represents businesses on aspects such as patent grant procedures, oppositions and appeals before the EPO (European Patent Office), and before the courts.
Oliver TISCHNER is also specialized in aspects of remuneration for employee inventors, in particular in Germany. He is a registered French Patent Attorney (Conseil en Propriété Industrielle (Brevets)) and German Patent Attorney (Patentanwalt).
